If Miguel was asked to take blood tests in order to secure a fight with Mayweather no doubt he would agree to them in a second. If Miguel was asked to follow normal testing procedure to secure a fight with Pac he would do as hes already done. Fuck anyone who cant see that both fighters are to blame for this fight not happening.

Both are guilty this fight shoulve taken place a long time ago yet here we are waiting now for mayweather to accept or sign or w/e, i get the feeling both pac and mayweather are ducking each other then, pacquiao cause he doesnt wanna get tested 0 day cut off and mayweather cause theres a very high chance he may not accept arum's terms...the saga continues...

Pac & Cotto should do random drug tests, so that when Pac fights PBF he'll be used to giving blood and it won't be a big deal....he can go in the ring and take care of business like he has been.

cotto got dominated, he did not EARN a rematch, plain and simple, he backpelled for the last 4 rounds, how does that warrant a rematch ...
this is a joke, and the bout will be at 151, and when pacquiao wins again he will be the 154 pound champ which is another joke.

if floyd mayweather decides to give ricky hatton a rematch, im sure the media will crucify him, but since its pacquiao, its ok right ?
