Will Cotto face Mayweather or Pacquiao

Cotto should move forwards. We seen what happens if he fights Pacquiao and theres not much logic in going through that again. Alot has to do with if he feels strong and comfortable at 154 but he is still in rebuilding mode even though he that belt.

I bet if it was up to him hell fight them both back to back.


But a) Mayweather will never fight Cotto he lives in Puerto Rico
and b) Cotto and Pacquiao are Top rank fighters
