Tarver to me is garbage and at heavyweight he is defeating Ruiz and Byrd only. Everyone else will kick his ***** ass up and down the ring.

Yeah I think Tarver was very unimpressive in his last fight.

Byrd? SD Either Way
VK? Vit-Ko KO
Rahman? tough call
Brewster? Brewster KO
Peter? Tarver UD (too experienced for Peter right now)

He would get crushed. His biggest accomplishment is KO'ing Roy Jones with one punch. What has he done other than that? He get's **** stomped at heavyweight by any top 15 HW.
