it's called a platuea, fighters aren't training to get big, they are training to be in the best shape, with the best technique, power and speed blended together

steroids, in boxing, is virtually useless for an ELITE fighter, technique has a very reachable limit

there's no point unless you want to go up in weight

the only reason an already ELITE fighter would use steroids is to prevent injury whilst being able to train at high intensity
