this means that the contract draft is being reviewed by floyd's camp. verbal agreements are stipulated on this draft and subject for *********s. perhaps the draft is ok with pac, and they are just waiting for floyd until mid july to agree with the contract terms and conditions. as soon as floyd agrees with the draft, the final contract will be made for both fighters to sign.
few more days to wait for floyd to agree, then the fight is "ON". arum gave the deadline and if floyd is not interested to fight, team pac will move on to alternate plans...that simple.
'hope that this fight will happen not only because this is an entertaining mega-fight but also the war between manny and floyd's fans is exciting to read here in b-scene.

Both sides have agreed, plus Pac who is the champ. Watch Mayweather come up with no excuse and just bail. If he does, Pac demands more money and gets it, Floyd becomes inactive, Pac continues to fight world class true unscared fighters. No way Floyd gets more money next time around. Pac will put him in a position where he has to accept 70-30, based on delaying for personal reasons.

Come to think about it, hopefully Floyd will not accept the fight. That way Pac can fight Cotto and Margarito, collect the money that would equal the Floyd fight and then retire from boxing leaving Mayweather out to dry with no one to promote. He won't have high pay-per-view numbers then.

I doubt it, but just in case they do fight, Manny should request the medical team to make both fighters present when drawing blood in the same room. That way you know if the amounts are equal. It doesn't take that much blood, definitely no tube full.
