Don't remember. I would have loved a rematch with the German kid. Forgot his name. Sturm.

I thought Sturm won that fight.

Yep Sturm won, so did Whitaker, so did Quartey and he never rematched them even though none of those wins were convincing. Mayweather won an unconvincing decision against JLC and immediately fought him again to win convincingly. I think that says alot about both fighters.

          You are right about that.

There is a video, I haven't seen it in a long time, of De la Hoya making a sissy sound when asked about fighting Trinidad. It was maybe 1-2 years before the fight.

Mayweather's lack of "gunning for the top fights" has been at welterweight.

yeah you can make an argument for that but its hugely overexxagerated, this thread was ****** anyway, the ts is a known floyd hater it was blatently made just to discredit floyd.

Floyd all the way.Floyd fought Oscar delahoya coming at 148 while Oscar weighed in his mid 160`s to 170.

Oscar made Hopkins meet him at a catchweight.

Floyd has been calling Oscar out when Oscar was at 154 and Floyd was at 130 and Floyd was willing to meet Oscar at 154 but Oscar did`nt want it.When Floyd was at 135 he was willing to meet Trinidad at 154 but Trinidad never answered.Same with Mosley.

He called out Prince Nassem and was willing to meet him at a catch weight before Naseem fought Barrera ut Naseem did`nt want it.

Floyd tried to negotiate a fight with Winky but they could`nt agree on the weight.Oscar completely ducked Winky.

Floyd fought Genaro Hernandez when he was only 17-0, and Floyd fought tough opponents like Diego Corraless,Justin Juuko,Angel Manfreddy,Emmanuel Augustus,Jesus Chavez early in his Career while it took along time for Oscar to start fighting good opposition which is why he used to be called Oscar dela chicken,Coward etc..Check the history.

Your the one that`s riding Floyd nuts cause for someone who hate him you talk about him more then his fans do.

And Pacquiao Avoided this old Mosley and this old Mosley destroyed big bad Margarito the same Margarito most people thought was gonna destroy Mosley and send him into retirement.
