The whole Pac-Floyd thing is a waste of time. Just beating a dead horse. Looks like GBP realizes it. But there's no point to pursuing this rematch anymore. Pac has nothing to prove against JMM anyway. JMM can't beat Pac at this stage.

i can't remember where i read that interview,but roach said if they ever fought again,it would be at welter,and he said a couple of times this is where manny would be fighting at....i doubt manny would go down,he wants all the advantages,even if it's at 140,thats too high for marquez,i see him as a lightweight..you say he goes to 147 for the money,so who's left? he beat cotto,shane lost,doubt floyd fight will happen,you really think he'll go down to 140 and fight fast boxers like bradley?,seems like he wants guys who will stand and trade with him,a boxer can beat him,jmm proved that already

Nice post. Unfortuneatly a great number of the posters here ilke hype instead of good analysis. It is waste of your time trying to explain the sport of boxing to fanatics that see any argument only through Pacquiao rose colored glasses.

hmmm, why is it that alot of boxers are wanting and eager to fight pac while floyd jr is hesitating and prolonging this drama filled negotiations for a pac fight...floyd said he will beat pac whether or not pac is on PEDs or not, but then he insist on OSDT, why the change of heart floyd?

i mean, floyd says one thing then contridicts himself, what tf? another example of floyd contridicting statement: i wanna make sure we are fighting on even grounds....tsk, tsk, tks...you floyd want to fight on even grounds? if thats the case, then why did you go above the agreed weight against marquez and rather pay off the weight penalty? Marquez is garbage at 140 as it is, and Pacs team said they're not going back to 140. So what? A 144 catch weight like Mayweather-Marquez? It would play out just how that fight went, only with a knockout.

wft? the only thing that jmm proved to manny was that his style can get close and be competitive with pac before...beat him you say? nope, look at the record it says there a DRAW(scoring error from the judge) and a WIN for PAC...

What kind of logic are you talking about? He is ducking Marquez by going up in weight? He went up in weight and has been destroying more known people and winning titles. Please do not compare him to Floyd. Marquez has been never been a known name till he fought Pacuiao the second time around. It was Barrera and Morales that were better known. Thats Fact!!!
