it doesnt take alot to make a good congressman in a country like the phillipines where the corruption rate is astronomical, as long as hes good to the people he will be a good copngressman, but he probably wont be able to because they all play ball

I did, it doesnt say Floyd used or is using lidocaine, it does however say he would be tested after the bout, to this day Ive heard of nothing about him testing positive for anything. Again why are about 90% of your boxing threads devoted to Floyd, when James Toney has indeed tested positive for stanozolol, a banned steroid, but youve made not one thread about him. Enquiring minds want to know why Floyd is so engaging to you.

It is just a matter of delegation. You assign your work to your top people specialized in it, and be the final signature after them explaining it to you.

Corruption is present in all countries, some are just better at hiding it due to international politics.
