    Roy!

RJJ at SMW had fast hands and quick reflexes. Can't think of anyone with the same power, handspeed, reflexes at any weight class. But he relied too much on reflexes, as he slowed down, due too age, he didn't have the skill or technique to fall back on.

The advantages for Joe Cal were his chin, recovery time, and heart. RJJ would beat him regardles, prime vs prime @ 168.

Roy has a claim as the fastest ever... He put his hands behind his back and still landed his punch first... ummmmmmm...........

Does a pile of dog-shit smell worse than a stick of Wrigleys Juicy Fruit?

Come on, this is just obvious.

The other thing that makes his speed so impressive.. is that he did it at 168-175lbs...

Roy had faster reflexes, but once that went away he was done... Joe had faster hands though.

Roy could throw 3 punches while Calzaghe was throwing 2 slaps.

For a single punch Jones is faster. For a burst of 5 or 6 I pick Calzaghe.

Since im new here im not allowed to post a link! So if someone could please post up the youtube vid from round 6 of the Clinton Woods vs Roy fight? That should give you an impression of how fast exactly a prime Jones was!

Calzaghe has nothing on ROY!! PERIOD!
