Notice that ellerbe stated that floyd is clean. This denotes hes talking about roids and peds. You honestly think ellerbe doesnt know that novocaine or any pain reliever is not illegal? Do you honestly thinks floyds trainer doesnt know this?

Remember the rumor was that Floyd was shooting xylocaine into his hands before fights. Even travis tygart stated this was not true as the nsac had methods to prevent this.He also stated

"they could use tylenol, or ice for pain before the fight."

Now what ellerbe is saying is that floyd is not shooting or using needles in his hand.

He has been clean since day one. Remember his hands were being wrapped too tight that is why they brought in the other guy to wrap his hands.

Look at it in context. Not making any excuses. Hes saying that floyd has never shot anything into his own hands before a fight. As many posters on here have stated, they have stated many times that they can tell you that any of us that have played sports know what pain killers are. You wouldnt even have any sports if it were not for painkillers. Say pac hurts his hand on the heavy bag while training 3 WEEKS BEFORE FLOYDS FIGHT, he cant afford to not train for a week, so he would take painkillers. Remember the deal with brett favre a while ago? They were saying how brett favre was addicted to painkillers, but have you ever seen brett favre suspended or fined? Has floyd ever been suspended or fined?

This is the samething. Remember in the press conference when nazin richardson made the statement of whats that **** floyds shooting in his hands??? Thats why ellerbe made this statement, it was in reference to this allegation of nazim, and it was even on this site. Now also remember that the fight started late because nazim whom was supposed to wrap shanes hands was in floyds dressing room.... Nazim is the man that ensures nothing can hurt his fighters.

When you break your hand you will know it goes numb and stiffens up.
