  • I feel sorry for Mayweather Jr.

I dont know but even thought Mayweather likes to talk to much sh**t I feel respect for him. He is a great fighter and alone with Pacquiao he is the best in the sport.

Before i used to dislike Floyd slyte to death, because now is year 2010 and I dont appreciate people dancing in a ring and avoiding the essence of a match "challenges and exchanges". But after the Mosley fight I have some love for the man and try to understand that he has his own style and that I either like it or not but dont need to hate on him.

I feel sorry for him because only him and God knows what is he feeling deep inside his heart. Its obvious now that he dont want to fight Manny Pacquiao because of the physical danger its represent and now I understand him. He is in his own right to fight only who he decide to fight.

I think we should give him a break and dont continue to push him to the edge relentlessly as we do. I want it to happen as everybody else but if it ever happen dont expect to see the same Mayweather that you are used because he just dont feel comfortable with this fight and could end up losing in an unexpected way.

Don't agree with this. Give him time to accept or reject the contract. Don't make presumptions.

He's worth about $100 million more than you so I wouldn't feel too sorry for him.

what a ******ed thread. u dont even know what boxing is about

boxing is the art of hitting without getting hit. u exchange if u are the lesser boxer and need to get into exchanges to land. a good boxer can land his shots and DANCE away before his oponent retaliates, THAT is boxing.

theres nothing wrong with liking a good brawl, but to think thats boxing is ******ed.

as for floyd being scared of manny, everyone is entitled to their own opinion of who ducked who. imo manny obviously ducked floyd, but that subject has been done. as badly as i want the fight to happen its really a waste of time getting into all this back and forth **** between pac and floyds teams, there is so many other good fights that are acctually happening to check out instead.

Don't feel sorry for the guy!

The man has a boat as an investment. The man's made!

              Can't go wrong with that.

Why do you feel Floyd is scared of Pac?

I don't believe it's a case of not wanting to fight Manny. Part of it has to do with the fact that other fighters have been exposed for having used PED's in the past years after they underwent testing by commission.

I strongly feel it's not so much Floyd's opinion that Manny may or may not be on anything, but that he was very much expecting the reaction and drama that would follow if he requested random testing be implemented for their fight. Whether or not PED's are present, no one knows until they are both tested. The controversy surrounding the fight and magnitude of it only serve to stir up the pot and generate more interest.

In the end, we'll see them holding each others' arm in the air, hugging and congratulating each other, and likely asking to do it again.
