If the top 3 retire, Donaire becomes #1, am I correct?

I don't go by wins just by imagination because that is what P4P is.

I imagine a scaled down version of Chad being even faster at WW and out working Floyd due to his laughable punch out put while playing target practice with Pac who would be hit like Dawson couldn't miss him.
