Sam Peter, Superhyped Chump or Champ?

it seems that this forum has fallen in love with this guy in general moreso than any of the other prospects.

if you guys dont mind me asking what is it that makes him better?? ive seen him fight and ive seen Audley Harrison and i have to say that i thought Harrison looked like the much better fighter while possessing superior physical attributes and also fighting southpaw.

so is this just a case of everyone hoping peter will turn into a knockout machine that saves the decision?? or is there something about harrison that i dont know that you should tell me?

    p.s. i already know he's a brit!

Everyone wants to find the next "big" thing. It's way too early in Peter's career to know what he might do. Hopefully his handlers don't rush him and instill some discipline in him.

Personally, if someone is that sloppy physically at this stage, he won't amount to much when he gets some money and builds a kitchen in his bedroom, ala Rid**** Bowe.

Right now I would think hes on Rahmans level, him and Brock is a future super-fight.

        speaking of rid**** bowe.

maybe one of the aforementioned guys should fight him.

it would be like watching a car accident seeing these young guys tear into his 280 pound ass. and man how hard he would fall...

I'd say it's somewhere in between. I still don't see the savior of the division that some do. I've been ringside at one of his fights (2 years ago) and have seen him on TV half a dozen times since, and I'm still not overly impressed. BUT, he clearly has the power and the aggressive style to go along with it to make some more noise in the division. I wouldn't pick him against Vitali, but I like his chances against Ruiz, for example.

Sam Peter is going to be the new heavyweight king. He's the only heavyweights that can **** with him are Toney, and Rahman. I hope Peter fights Byrd so that "The Nigerian Nightmare" can demolish em.

any opinions on harrison would be appreciated. where does he fit in? there has to be a place in the division for a skilled and smart 250 pound southpaw.
