If he did say this **** then hes looking even more suspect. The average joe doesnt know what human growth hormones are. Not saying he couldnt have learned, because after all he is going to court, so he would be prepped by his lawyers.


But you know whats funny is IMO, I THINK HES USING, BUT HE DOESNT KNOW IT. I DONT THINK HES A CHEATER, I think those around him may be slipping something in. This is once again my opinion.


ALEX ARIZA Really did the damage with that "manny doesnt know what he takes" quote. That did more damage IMO than floyd or floyd senior, or mallinaggi, or cotto, or berto, or teddy, or tim smith IMO.

If a dude has to eat that much to maintain his weight, and is still able to hurt much bigger guys/ take their punches, then something ain't right. All I'm sayin'. I agree with Mathed, in that Pacquiao is a lot smarter then people think. Thing is, Pacquiao is real good at playing the "Dumb guy" role.

But most people if they could get away would rob a bank, and with the laxed standards of drug testing, people could and do take that chance, so your analogy while I get what you are saying is still a little off.

The problem with drug testing is that its archaic.

Perfect example,

I had some mixed emotions watching that. During the first few minutes I was enjoying listening to Pacquiao. He really connects with people and is genuine. His smile is true. But it gets really hard to watch (and listen to) him when the testing comes up. I feel bad for him--It's gotta suck to go through something like this and it does take away from the fact that with or without the PEDS, he's still a very special fighter. But man, his answers, body language, just everything...damning. There may be a few people on here who want him to be on PEDs or just hate him for whatever reason but in spite of my passion for the issue, I really wish he wasn't. And it saddens me to have to watch something like this which confirms that it is more than just possible.

Yeah, kinda silly. I find it hard to believe he doesn't know what a steroid looks like. He's been a professional fighter for 15 years and trains out of Hollywood. He doth protest too much. Whatever. The crazy thing is that I give him a good shot to defeat Floyd. More than anything, it's killing me that this has become such a large issue. It shouldn't have been any bigger than his own clauses and we should have already seen the fight by now. I'm still hopeful.

3rd World Countries dont talk much about Steroids because theres more things to worry about.

But, come on bro he is a boxer dude. His trainer is Freddie Roach who use to train James Toney. And, Toney got busted twice for steroid use. I am pretty sure Pac heard about this. He trains at the Wild Card Gym in LA. LA own Shane Mosley admiting of using steroids against one of Pac opponent Oscar De la Hoya. You telling me Pac did not know about this? That is 2 big time fighters around his weight in his own sport. How can he not know about steroids? He has thrown out the first pitch in SF Giants stadium (I think the official name AT&T Park but I might be wrong). The biggest player in the Giants history is Barry Bonds. Who was the main reason for Balco scandal. I am pretty sure he heard about this.

Another thing for him to say that he don't know what steroids are. And, for you to think that he might not know. It might not look good on him. Cuz as an athlete you should know what steroids are. What if, one of his many yes man has come up to him and said, hey champ I have some great vitamins I could inject you with. Some B12, and he goes for it thinking that they are vitamins cuz 'he does not know what steroids are' and it turns out to be steroids? You see my point. For him to say he does not know what steroids are. Show's irresponsible he is as an athlete. And, might question has he unkowningly taken steroids cuz he don't know what they are.

And, 3rd World Countries argument is not an excuse. My parents are from a 3rd World Country (Guatemala). In the last couple of months there have been hundreds of kids dying from starvation. You have gangs killing cops and harrassing and taxing innocent people. You the drug cartlel rampet there. And, all my cousins and uncles worry about all that. And, yet they still know what steroids are.

Pacquaio is my favorite fighter right now. I am a Pacman fan. But, come on bro lets be real here. He has to know what steroids are, he has to. He obviously knows they are bad. For him to come out this quick and make it known he not ever used steroids.
