Pacquiao is a perfect human being. Hed NEVER cheat. Under his signature haircut is a ....halo.

Pacquiao contradicts himself and makes himself look very bad. If this is a man who cheated on his wife and kids with a **********, then im led to believe that he would have no problem cheating against Floyd Mayweather Jr. A man who he hates so much that he filed a lawsuit against him for supposedly "destroying his image".

But how can Floyd destroy his image? He can't. Pacquiao made HIMSELF look bad by rejecting the drug test. Floyd didnt ask him to reject it.

In this interview he cries about pbf being bigger than him in order to justify ducking the test. but he turns around and jokes about how cotto kept talking about being bigger and stronger. so he mentally toys with him by inviting him in to punch. basically saying "size aint shyt".

If they dont believe Pacman, then by all means file a formal complaints against Pacman in the Nevada Sports Commision!

Pacman been fighting inside USA for quite sometime, and he passed the Drug test! Anyone claiming that he is on drugs without solid evidences to show is nothing but thrash talk!; they are actually insulting those Sports Commision who are the ones taking test on boxers based on the existing Laws governing Professional Boxing.!

NOW THINK ABOUT ROBBING A BANK BACK IN THE EARLY 1800'S The **** was done all the time, no deterrents really. No cameras etc. And only a 6 shooter would be yoru problem for the most part.

The problem with drug testing is that its archaic.

I mean years ago shane was caught cheating and nothing about the testing has changed one iota!!!!! Now thats sad as hell. I magine robbing your so called bank and then finding out that no extra precautions were set up to deter you from doing it again... The same teller, no cameras etc.
