JMM won both fights by a slight margin I thought but those fights were at FW and SFW and JMM himself now could not be considered more than a small LW so Floyd gets no credit at all from me for beating him while at higher than LW Pac would get nothing from me for beating him either now.

I feel like most of you guys are answering a different question than was asked. For me, had Pac destroyed Juan, I think I'd have him as the favorite over Floyd by quite a bit, because then I wouldn't really see any holes in his game. As is, Floyd is the perfect fit to exploit Manny's faults which Juan showed to the world.
