your example is way off son. suing someone who defamed you that could directly affect your livelihood can merit a lawsuit.

you have to show and prove your losses and then you also have to show that they made the statements knowing they were false...
1 idk of any deals he lost due to this or any deals he didnt get because of this and team pacquiao blurts everything to the meda so im sure if that was the case they would of said it already
2 you have to prove they madte statements knowing they were false but, in boxing normal you dont gain power and speed as you move up and when you do its usually by ped which the nevada commission does not test for epo hgh, etc so that being the case they could have that opinion
3 refused random testing and wanted test done on days of his choice and not 30 days before a fight which will make you be able to question he might be cheating.....
