    Thoughts on Bob Arum Negotiations......

Do you think all parties are involved? I get the feeling that Floyd was being left out in all this and Arum was doing it by himself. He is now pressuring Floyd to sign a contract.

If Floyd rejects it's an easy way for Arum to put Floyd in a bad light, whereas quite the opposite may be true.

    What do you think?

arum is a liar. second, they arent in any position to make demands or pressure floyd. floyd holds the chips so TR, team pac and arum need to shut up and wait til floyd speaks and offer his demands

obviously you've never taken part in a negotiation.

I'm not saying who holds the chips, but you never ever wait on someone in a negotiation, ESPECIALLY if perception is that your opponent is negotiating from a position of power.

Arum is probably proposing the same 50/50, 14 days again. Floyd will never accept that.

If there weren't serious negotiations going on involving both parties-- HBO, Schaefer, Rafael, etc. wouldn't be saying "no comment".

You cannot, after all, have a "Gag order" on negotiations that don't exist and/or aren't happening.

            Duh.

Roach already came out and said that Manny is willing to concede everything to Floyd. So at this point the only thing keeping this fight from happening is Arum not drawing up the contract as such.

Common sense, you have it, many here lack it.

What does Roach mean by that?
