Rock doesn't want Vitali to escape mandatory
Former WBC/IBF heavyweight champion Hasim "The Rock" Rahman continued his assault on WBC heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko by announcing he will host a media workout "where Chicken Kiev will be served." "The Rock," Klitschko's mandatory challenger, has had three fight dates against Vitali postponed this year: April 30 (postponed due to Vitali's jogging thigh injury); June 18 (postponed when Vitali needed more time to recover from the jogging injury); and July 23 (postponed when Vitali underwent minor back surgery). Klitschko's unavailability has prompted the WBC to sanction a interim heavyweight title fight between Rahman and Monte Barrett on August 13 (televised on SHOWTIME PPV). The winner has agreed to face Klitschko the following month, on September 24. The Klitschko camp, however, has been seeking to make that fight an optional defense.

that last sentence is wrong, vitali is lookign for someoen to fight on spet 24 ONLY if rahmna/barret will not be ready. the winner of that fight has to be ready in 6 weeks to fight, if rahman gets cut or gets ****** up a bunch then he cant fight, rahman better not overlook barret he might not get a 3rd KO on him and be ready he might have to work

I just hope that Rahman could get a chance to fight Klitschko so he can become new champ. If that happens the division will only need Sam Peter to become champ to make it interesting again.

yeah if ever there was a time a fighter would get overlokoked it would be now. After all this crap Rahman must be living and breathing Klitchko, Klitchko, Klitchko. Barret might catch him sleeping.
