Its a wrap for Quintana, its sad cause he has crazy talent but after Willams caught him in that rematch he has been downhill. Yeah I know Cotto got to him before Williams but it was a body shot stoppage and Quintana bounced back and beat Williams in the first fight. But the Head shot ko took something out of him.

No it didn't, he got caught with a good shot and droped. Then the way Williams swormed him after he got up led 2 the ko. Paul didn't do any long lasting damage 2 Quintana. He just looked like **** at 147 against a younger, faster dude in Berto. I knew from the jump he couldn't make Welterweight anymore. Right now, idk if he is in position 2 get a title shot. I would like 2 see him fight some1 though.

So you actually think he still has it once he goes up to 154. Then I guess we have to agree to disagree.

He would look a lot better at 154 then he did at 147 vs Berto. Can he beat any of the top guys at 154? Idk. He wouldn't be favored 2 but I wouldn't be shocked 2 see him knock a guy off at Jr Middleweight. He's not a bum. He has crazy talent like you said. He's gonna be 34 yrs old this yr, idk what's left in the tank. We have 2 see how he looks in his next fight.

I remember a few months back Martirosyan was trying to get Quintana in the ring at 154. Maybe the possibility of this fight opens up again. The idea sounds very logical.

If he fights Angulo, he will be running and hugging all night. Donīt mess with Perro.

Berto was able to beat him with one arm and he sucks. He's not able to live off that fluke win over P-Will anymore. Even if Martinez gave Williams the biz, I don't ever see Quintana being competitive with Martinez. Shows you where each guy's career has gone.

I really liked the way Quintana handled Williams in the first fight.

love him or hate him, but don't deny that was a classy performance.

                      Is 154 really CQ's best weight ?

I don't know, maybe it is..... has he previously had trouble making 147 ?

If weight has been giving him problems then 154 probably is a good move, especially at 34yo.

It would be great to see him pull off another good performance like that.
