If Cotto and co. Is dumb enough to agree to another fight at a catchweight, that's his fault. The point of negotiations is to get every advantage possible. Can't blame Team Pac if they ask, and Cotto's team agrees.

Because as I understood it the fight will be contested over the welterweight limit. Pacquiao would be hard-pressed to come in at even 148 and remain in top shape, he just isn't that big.

I wasn't bothered by this the first time. But now it's bull****. Pac already beat the guy decisively enough that a rematch is largely pointless anyway. Asking for another catchweight just makes it worse.
