Moving up and actually gaining more Power as you move up is RARE in boxing, Evander Holyfield couldn't do it, Roy Jones couldn't do it, James Toney couldn't do it (even with him taking Steroids) just to name a few, just because you have some doubts about someone does not mean you are scared to fight him, when you fight him you just want to make sure that it is a EVEN playing field
Pacquiao is a very hard worker, disciplined and for sure he has special skills, plus he has a highly professional team around him, maybe the best. That is to start, second what most of people miss is that the man was sacrificing his body at those lower weight classes. Now he is performing better because he is feel more comfortable with the eight, you need to realize he is 6 1/2" thats explain the whole things about his improvement.

if it was fear then he wouldn't even be negotiate a fight with the guy
Im a thinking person and that thing of Floyd dont make the trick on me. We want you to believe he want the fight for his reputation, but his actions say something else.

          ???

you went on and on about Pacman special skills and hard work blah blah blah but that still doesn't not explain the sudden gain of power as he moved up in weight, I am not accusing Pacman of taking anything but at the same time I understand Mayweather's concern and questions, I think it is a lot of people who feel the same way but they are just as public with it as the Mayweather's

again if someone don't want to fight another fighter they wouldn't even go to the negotiation table with them, it was a simple drug test that stopped the first fight from happening so how is that "fear", not only that but it was Pacman who turned down the Drug Test and walked away from A LOT OF MONEY not Mayweather

Fear is what David Haye has of the Klitchko's, he called them out in 2009 but then when they start to call him out he hides and don't even want to negotiate a fight with them...NOW THE COULD POTENTIALLY BE FEAR!
