go to where the pacquiao-singsurat fight is listed.

on the left side it'll show pacquiao's weight.

it says 113.

113 is what he weighed at.

he was wbc flyweight champion.

flyweight has a weight limit of 112.

when a champion fails to make weight in a championship fight he gets stripped.

when that happens , the opponent gets to decide whether to go on with the fight or not.

if the challenger decides to go ahead with it , the belt will still be on the line but only the challenger gets to win it.
