vernon forrest hasnt fought in ages! if he didnt hurt his shoulder his name would have been in the mix! the time he was off he could have had at least 6 good fights.

I guess we'll see if Forrest has what it takes to come back. My guess would be Rios is a boxer type because of all the trouble he had with Mayorga whos a puncher. Also I havent seen u post in while .. u just coming back?

Forrest can't come back at this point. I hate to write him off that early, but it's like saying Vargas has a chance to be successful now. Neither one of them is going anywhere sadly. Two of my favs too.

Forrest is shot, his confidence doesn't exist anymore.

If he doesn't win by KO, then he is even worthy of being a gate-keeper.
