The heavyweight division is all pretenders. The only three heavyweights I'll even consider giving the time of day anymore are Rahman, Toney, and Peter. The rest would sit in any other era's trashcan.
I certainly hope that Peter fights Ruiz. If he does fight him he will get more known, and will lead to a title shot. The Heavyweight division is in shambles, and Toney, Peter, and Rahman need to shape it up quick before its too late.
