"Well, we're going to fight November 13th against somebody and me and Manny both hope that it's Mayweather. Again, we obviously want Mayweather. He has a big mouth and we're going to shut him up. In my mind everything looks like it's going to go forward, but again Mayweather retires one weekend and the next weekend he's back. He's playing a lot of games and I'm not so sure that if we call his bluff here, we'll get the fight or not. Sometimes I think he just doesn't want to fight us."

i can't even remember the last time Floyd talked **** about anyone! Asking for a drug test really isn't talking ****, and i'm not defending Floyd, because personally, I think he can be a big **** sometimes, but since last year he seems to have changed a little bit.

Floyd has barely said anything, It's just Roach and Arum constantly talking. Even though they promised to "not negotiate through the media", They just cant keep their mouths shut. But at the end of the day it doesnt mean anything, It's easy for them to talk **** about Floyd because they dont have to get in the ring and deal with him. It's Pacquiao who needs to do that and if he doesnt take the drug test the fight wont happen. Whenever Pacquiao is asked about Floyd he says "Talk to my promoter" which tells you he's not too interested in fighting Floyd. Floyd just said "If you take the test we can make the fight happen" but for some reason he just wont do it.

floyd has the bigger mouth but he has kept the negotiations out of the media per agreement. To bad roach can't.
