floyd hasnt made any excuses not to fight pac, its pac who refuses to do the testing. u could say the testing itself was an excuse had not pac made the demand for a 10mil penalty if floyd comes in overweight. pac is always pushing ppl around making them sign crazy **** so hes the last one who should complain, he needs to step up and make the fight. they both made demands, pac is the one who refused.

what arum says dont mean ****, team pacquiao already went out and said the fight was done once, trying to discredit floyd rather than getting the fight made.

roach publicly said the fight was made like 6 months ago, that was all lies. they tried to pretend the testing wasnt in the original contract and make it look like floyd added it to avoid the fight. in other words they were trying to make floyd look like he was ducking pac rather then get the fight made, thats what i feel they been doing all along.

they lied countless times so at this point i dont trust what pac or his team says until its 100% signed and sealed with statements from all sides. floyd accpeted comissioner pacquiaos penalty for missing weight, pac declined floyds drug testing. thats all we know for now, pac says hes changed his mind and is fine with 14 days but until i hear it from a credible source it doesnt mean **** to me. not cuz pac is a liar but bcuz he doesnt run the show, arum and roach do and they are both liars. in fact pac said for months he was fine with testing not just the day of the fight, also his last statement was accordig to arum.. i dont buy any of it one bit.
