From my understanding of the article, everything has been agreed on - if so, then yes I believe Mayweather would sign the contract. I'm curious however to how they came to a resolution to the drug testing issue.

according to arum both sides have agreed to the terms. only thing left is floyd to sign.

      based on that info,

vote on a poll in a meaningless trivial thread i created.

get the ****k over yourself burner.
So you don't know the terms?

So how can one go about making an accurate vote? For all we know they could be offering an 80-20 split.

Come on now... do you actually believe GBP would agree to a ludicrous offer of 80-20 split? The terms have to be in the ballpark of 50/50 and 14 days.

not really. it's more possible that the floyd commission is doing new demands regarding the blood testing

jeezus christ. ****** low IQ people who know very little about boxing should not act so conceited on a message board.

            lets try this again burner,

based on the revelation by arum & not denied by schaeffer & gbp, that all of the terms have been agreed upon & negotiations have been completed & all that is left is floyd's signature,

do you think floyd will sign?

I hopr he does, but for some reason I have a feeling it won't be signed. He will have some reason not to sign. I hope he does..... Boxing needs this fight badly

Some sort of agreement on the testing and a 50/50 split.

                    I say no.

Floyd will only fight people he knows without a shadow of a doubt he can beat. The consequences of him losing this fight far outweighs the benefits. Sure he will make 70-80 million dollars, but he loses what made him marketable; that aura of invincibility. People want to see Floyd lose, and when they do see him lose, how will Floyd generate interest for his fights AFTER a loss? The best thing is for both guys to retire after the fight, assuming the fight won't be a close split decision.

sort of like 39 year old 1 year & 5 month inactive shane mosley's prayer were answered when the earthquake hit haiti & berto's family tragedy (allegedly).
