None of us, bscene included, have any idea what's in the contract proposal. For all we know it has the 14 day cut-off for OSDT and a 55/45 split for Manny. All this is is Arum making sure blame is placed on Floyd if the fight doesn't happen...and by reading the comments in this thread, it seems to be working.

Floyds insecurities will not allow him to be dictated a deadline by someone else, he would see that as showing weakness. Besides that, he will likely wait until the deadline has passed, Paq's camp will find someone else to fight,then Floyd will say "Im ready to fight Paq" and Floyds camp and all their fans will claim Paq ducked Floyd.

Well, we have heard no response from Floyd's camp, and there is no way in hell Floyd would agree to a money split in Paq's favor. They are likely trying to think of another senseless demand not already covered by the current contract proposal.
