A 130 pouinder with over 45 fights and multiople ring wars moves from 130 to 147 in less than 2 years and is KOing naturally bigger men when he appeared to be on the decline in his previous outings at 130. His power, punch resistance and speed all increase against conventional wisdom. Another fighter asks for some simple RANDOM blood tests to get the biggest money fight ever. The other guy turns down $50 million dollars over random blood testing citing multiple/contradictiory excuses and files a lawsuit.........and somehow thinking he may be on PED's is gullible???

You werent crying PED's before Mayweather cried it out.. and if you knew Pac and followed his career he has always been fast and packed a punch.. His walk around weight is from 145-150 so his speed and power really dont make a difference...

Why the hell did he move up from 130 obviously to not starve himself to make that weight just like ALL FIGHTERS DO.. They move up as they get older..

At this point he has passed every test and no one has come out and proven that Pac has taken some type of PED.. So yes, he is clean or innocent until proven guilty..

That's right, but that doesn't mean his behaviour isn't suspect. We also know the standard PED testing conducted by Nevada is of a terrible standard and it's not random. Fighters have 48 hrs notice.......so really how does passing inadequate and announced testing prove one's innocence.

Pac didn't just move up as he got older in a natural progression. He went from 130 to 147 in less than 2 years with one stop at 135. It's not gullible to assume a fighter who turned down $50 million over OST may be on PED's........

Im not sure exactly what it means when he says negotiations are complete

Usually it means 2 fighters have agreed on terms and are simply waiting to sign the contracts, like what happened with Mosley/Floyd.

I hope this is good news and all the details are kept confidental because that is the only way it will happen.

I dont understand why he would reject it if they have finished negotiating.
