Diaz is a monster, I've got to see him fight 3 times in person and spar tons of rds. I can safely say that he beats the heartless Freitas. His work rate and heart are almost unmatched in today's boxing scene, and his lack of power has to do with him not fully setting down on his punches. He is only 21 years old right now, so he's got plenty of more time to fill out and really start to commit to his punches.

This is the first I've heard about this fight, but it has been a while since I was over at Savannah. Last I heard he was fighting Cruz on the 16th of this month, do you have a link DLT?

          Interesting.

I'll make my way over to the gym this weekend and I'll try to catch him. I look forward to finding out first hand whats goin on with this possible match up. Diaz will prove that his chin is much more solid than people give him credit, and that he does inface have more power than people have seen so far.

The Baby Bull will shine bright in the very near future.

I have to say that another overblown/overrated ESPN card, with the ESPN guys reminding us how great it is every five minutes, is not something that I'm looking forward to, no matter how good the price.

I dont think this fight will happen.

I think Freitas if he still got desire beats the baby bull. Diaz has a massive work rate but is not effective with it at all.
