Old/shot/ not as good anymore fighters getting tattos

So yes Cotto, Marg and Mosley, men in their 30's or nearing their 30's are now getting tatts. Cotto and Marg got them after brutal losses. Mosely had a big win, but its clear his age is catching up to him. Now, I may not have been a boxing fan long enough to know, but seems to me these tatts are just an attempt to get some confidence back. Have boxers been known to do this in the past, is it a new trend, or just coincidence. Name a few boxers who have done the same, past or current.

I also would have liked to ask which of the three I mentioned you think looks best (or worst) in a poll, but sadly I have no idea how to make one (I'd appreciate anyone giving me a hand). Personally, Im not too fond of any, but I know for a fact Margo's tattoos look awful. Cotto's at times looks cool, but other times looks really lame, the same as Mosley's.

no fag ****, but cotto's tats are teh best (minus the tat near his crotch wtf?!), then shanes and margarito's tats are absolutely horrible.
