    No HBO for Klit-Povetkin?

"..There are no set television plans for the fight in the United States, but HBO's Ross Greenburg told ESPN.com that the network, which has televised numerous Klitschko fights and also aired Povetkin-Chambers, has no plans to buy the fight."
    -Dan Rafael

I thought I heard different reports yesterday?

    That's an HBO worthy fight.

More so than all these Angulo fights we have to watch and Bradley/Abregu, Kotelnik/Alexander.

Maybe there's not enough in the budget

Damn, that's lame. This is a pretty decent fight.

Interesting. So it will not be on HBO??? Then why does Klitschko's Official Site say otherwise???

“I am very happy that we won the bid. It is always good to control your fights and obtain the TV rights”, says Wladimir Klitschko. “The fight will be shown live on HBO in the US. The US market is very important to me and I have lot of fans there.” Sauerland Promotion was not interested in broadcasting the fight in the US. The fight will be shown in more than 100 countries worldwide.

Most people don't want to see Wlad jab some unknown for 12 rounds and hear manny yell at him. Fight Sam Peter and it'll be on HBO.

That's what is confusing. Either Dan Rafael and the editors at ESPN missed the error, or Wlad is unsure of the answer he received from HBO.
