I couldn't agree more, As per usual Khan wants fighters that have seen there best days and he wants them to move up in weight to fight him, , Khan is a Joke!

Maidana is a powerful puncher I'll give you that but he does lack defense and tends to get a little wild with his punches. Remember, he got knocked down by Victor Ortiz three times in six rounds. The reason why he won that fight is because he got tremendous heart and Vic didn't. One thing's for sure though, Khan gets knocked out by either one of these two.

And I dont get why Marquez is even ranked as a top P4P. Its obvious he isnt dominate moving up in weight, he fights nobodies, and cant even carry his weight... Marquez is over rated..

6 weeks or so ago I was telling Khan's fanboys he'd be fighting the Marquez-Diaz II winner, brought up the persistent rumor about Maidana being contracted to stay away from Khan by HBO-Golden Boy, and they rubbished it and swore blind he'd be fighting Maidana by the end of the year all because *fanboy voice* 'Amir said so'.

I've got some threads to bump when Marquez beats Diaz and Marquez-Khan (no way I'm putting Khan's name first ) is officially announced.

So he can add some superficial shine to his record by making another carefully selected stepping-stone of an excellent name fighting above his optimum weight and (they presume) just enough past his best -- but still close enough to it in terms of recent memory, so that the win appears credible -- to ensure a victory for Khan.


Hopefully they miscalculate and Marquez gives Amir the hiding of his life.
