He was asked about it in a presser before the Mosley fight, and he was also asked about it in the post fight interview. Both times he said its possible.

They asked him about it and Floyd said "it's possible" so I think he would be interested in the fight. And Martinez would like a big fight like that too, But as of right now it's very much a "Plan B" if Floyd and Pacquiao can't agree.

It actually was quoted right after the Mosley fight on a Sunday or Monday after the fight BPP posted a comments thread for "Mayweather: Martinez fight is possible". Floyd was asked if he would move up to 160 to fight Martinez and he was quoted saying it is possible.

Then the next day Martinez was quoted as saying he'll take any blood tests Floyd wants him to take up to the fight.

Mayweather would fight him if the money is right. If HBO offers enough, no doubt Floyd would take the fight.

I bet Floyd couldn't even pick-out Martinez from a lineup. That's how much he doesn't know about the current state of boxing. Floyd is always embarrassed to admit he watched a boxing match. He actually prefaced the answer about the Martinez fight with a statement of how he doesn't normally watch boxing but happened to stumble on the fight, I guess while he was channel surfing. No chance of this fight happening.
