    Pernell Whitaker
    and more
The last to (Quartey and Whitaker) where close decisions but his bout with Felix Trinidad wasn't, he just got robbed.
So are you saying that any of those fights are more meaningful than his loses to:

    Bhop
    Floyd
    Pac
    Mosley
    Trinindad

Not to mention the two names with the most clout on your list (Pnell and JCC)

Pnell was in the clear twilight of his career and fought DLH in his prime and nearly won.(Lost 2-3 fights after that with the one non lost being a ND)

JCC was a shell of himself, claerly way past him prime. 36-38 yrs old and 100-2.

    You cant be serious.

De La Hoya fought better opposition.

But what's with saying Oscar always fought bigger guys and then criticizing Mayweather for not fighting bigger guys? Huh?

DLH was HUGE in the lower weight divisions.

      At 135 he fought:

      130 lb. champ John Molina
      130 lb. champ Genaro Hernandez
Jorge Paez, who still made 130 over five years later
Jesse James Leija, another top 130 lb. fighter

When he moved up in weight to 140, he still looked much bigger than his opponents. Hell, when he moved to 147, he still looked bigger than Whitaker, who had fought there for the last 4 years. In the rematch with Chavez, DLH unofficially weighed over 160, Chavez I think was in the mid 140s. Gatti was considerably smaller. Going into their first fight, Mosley was viewed as the smaller guy with way less experience at WW. Likewise in their rematch and at 154. Mayweather fought DLH at JMW, DLH had been there since 2001, when Floyd was still @ 130. Forbes and Pacquiao were way smaller.

Mayweather's opposition level has been inferior to Oscar's, but I don't see how anyone can seriously criticize Mayweather for facing smaller guys and then praise Oscar in this regard.

          Oscar fought the most harder fights. His last fight was the most hardest as he suffered the most humiliating defeat in his carrer, forcing him to retire;

Give the nod to Oscar for facing tougher competition. Floyd has flourished against fighting bigger opponents and Oscar generally got his ass kicked in any meaningful bout for his career. Eh whatever they are both rich and people will be quick to criticize them... Both very good for the sport.

LMAO changing the definiton of bigger.
Floys has had advantages over every fighter in speed, athleticism and maybe even reach.

Definately DLH because he fought Pac afterall.
PBFs career as an ATG is similar to DLH. Its a toss up between the 2.

Floyd was not smaller than Judah, Corralles, Mosley. Even the commentators were making a big issue of FMJ being bigger and stronger looking than Mosley.

Easily DLH, don't see how anyone could argue otherwise.
