These MMA vs Boxing threads are ******. Joe rogan is a company man and is so annoying, what the *** does he know about boxing?

As a trainer and training a lot of mma fighters in boxing, I can tell you watching them train in their wrestling and ju-jitsu is no joke. I would never want to wrestle with those guys.

I respect both but my heart is in boxing obviously.
