This is classic. Jones should absolutely be stripped. But Arslan, who hasn't fought in two years since Jones KO'd him, somehow is sanctioned to step into a hometown title shot against a light-punching, mid-level opponent. In the process, the WBA steps over Brudov, who is ranked #1 ranked by the WBA, and #2 ranked Palacios. Only in Universum-land does this happen
