Question: If Cotto beats Chavez Jr at 160 for the WBC Silver title

Would it count as Cotto being WBC champ at MW and being champ in 4 weight classes? Or is the Silver title like an exhibition belt or what? I'm confused, cause isn't Martinez already the WBC 160 champ?

It would be cool for Cotto to be champ at 4 weight classes that easily. He's gonna murk Chavez Jr.
