Jr. has a hell of a lot to work on before he can be put in the ring against Cotto or Martinez.

His jab is terrible, his footwork is atrocious, his sorry little lunging left hook lacks timing and snap. He drops his right hand when he throws lefts and keeps his hands way too low. Has absolutely no head movement. Cotto kills him in less than 3.. Martinez in less than 5. The kid has no boxing ability. If his name wasn't Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. he would have at least 5 losses by now and been exposed long ago. He has nothing, he will be a paper champ. He will never ever beat an elite champion to become a champion.

He will ride it until he picks up a vacant belt by beating some bum.

I can't front, Chavez Jr looked real good against Duddy. Looks like he's got more snap on his punches and was waaaay more active than I'd seen him in the past.
