look Im a critic of Pacs recent accomplishments but if anyone was a poster boy for better fitness and training it Chavez. His improvements looked to be attained from getting serious and working hard. He still gets hit way too much and didnt look even close to handling a A grade fighter so hats of to Roach and Ariza.
