    Will Victor Ortiz ever rebound?

Do you guys think Victor Ortiz will ever rebound? He's been pretty much dismissed, despite having two impressive fights against Diaz and Campbell. Not even one person has mentioned his name when it comes to that JWW tournament.

I think he can. If he can avenge the loss to Maidana, then he'll probably be on The Ring's top 5. That should be his next move. And if Bradley and Maidana fight in November, he should fight someone like Mabuza and then go for the winner.

honestly panda still thinks ortiz is still the most dangerous jww around

hes much bigger than the other guys, hes very skilled and probably the strongest jww next to maidana

people are writing him off due to the hype he was receiving which is kind of unfair

Yeah, I think so. Compared to the 140 landscape, he is still up there with Bradley, Maidana, Khan, and Alexander.

I'm not writing him off I'm just waiting for him to make a statement by knocking one of the junior welter's elite out to prove he's not "shook."

He fought a great fight against Campbell but he still looked hesistant at times.

My only concern about Ortiz is that he might be gunshy now. We won't have the answers on him until he gets tagged hard by a serious puncher again. Anyone who doesn't think that Ortiz has top level boxing talent isn't being objective.

on his best night, Ortiz can beat Khan and Bradley.
He probably can't get the Maidana fight out of his head yet.

and he'll give Devon a competitive fight that can end up either way. he's not back 100% yet, but if he ever does make it back all the way...he's probably the most balanced fighter at JWW. his power, speed, and fundamental boxing skill are all impressive.

I agree, but my main concern is if he'll start considering new career choices again once he does get rocked hard again. his skill isn't in question, his heart is.

they should bring him along a lot slower, I don't think he is up their with Khan, Maidana, Bradley or Alexander just yet, he has the talent but I don't think he can beat any of those fighters RIGHT NOW!

they should maybe give him the Loser of Diaz vs JMM

ortiz has had worldclass experience if they were to bring him along any slower he'd be fighting the same opposition jcc jr is facing

besides if he cant compete on this level he might not belong up there
