How many of you wear formal/semi-formal attire for fights?

I try and dress semi-formal for boxing matches. I mean compared to what I wear to Warrior games and Raider games I'm lookin like the bell of the ball. But I feel boxing since time in memorial has been a semi-formal event, dudes always wearin slick suits and women dresses to fights. This aint MMA! People don't wear skeleton and bone shirts to fights and as a boxin fan kinda proud of it ya know? Anyway what is your preferred attire for fight nights? In Oakland it's like a pimps ball at the fights, curious bout other cities.....

Well when im at a big fight im dressed to impress coz we hit the town efore and after and there is dress codes for most places

For fights i just wear what's most comfortable , mostly shorts and a Tshirt

My couch is pretty comfy so it doesnt really matter either way

Anyways , i prefer shorts ,Tshirt and comfy socks

what's your definition of semi-formal? traditionally that means suit and tie.

I dress nice when I go to the fights. no suit or tie though.

A Your just there to watch boxing but love to dress up

B your their to dress like a moron just so you can get on TV

C you wear a suit to make you feel better because your in the cheap seats

D Its a fashion parade , you have a passion for fashion baby

It depends on the fight. If it is a small local type fight, then I will just wear whatever. However, if it is a big fight, I will go semi -formal, which for me means button up shirt, a sport coat, with either slacks or jeans depending on what I feel like wearing. The only time I wear a suit is if it is a fight that I flew out to Vegas or Atlantic City to go see then I will wear one of my flashy suits without a tie leaving the top button of my shirt open. I like to dress to impress for the big fights especially if I am sitting near ringside.
