Trinidad lost to Roy Jones by decision, the bum that just got knocked out in one round afterward and Pac is way better than Roy Jones. Pac's prime has only just started and Tito would get knocked out.

Oscar beat Tito and Pac knocked out Oscar easily. Pac KO's Tito within eight rounds even worse than Oscar.

very bad example! The Tito that fought jones was far from prime and the Oscar that fought Tito was prime! When oscar fought pac he was way past his best!

The more I think about it I come to the conclusion both these fighters in their prime had the power to KO the other. its a Pick em. Ill take pac due to his slightly better chin!
