some quick observations, but don't read too much into it as sparring is often not a good indicator of what would happen in a real fight. You will see Benavidez using the elbow in a very similar fashion to Floyd on the inside, to smother his opponent and push them off before opening up and delivering. He also used a short left off the ropes, ala Mayweather and got the uppercut in their easily, a punch Manny still has no idea how to avoid------> hence my belief that Roach will not allow a match with Margarito.
For Manny's part he looked to use the right hook when Benavidez moved in (almost a check hook in a way). This is something that Judah used effectively when Floyd went to his body and head and may serve Manny well early, although Floyd subsequently used it against Judah by baiting him to throw it and coming under and throwing a left to the liver------->see this vid
Again don't read too much into it as Manny is clearly clowning around and obviously uncomfortable with the headgear.Comment

After seeing the sparring video, now I know for a fact that Pac will get EASILY outboxed for 12 rounds. Mayweather is going to make Pacman look like he never belonged in the same stage. Mayweather is doing Pacman a favor by not signing. He doesn't want to end Pac's career.Comment
