Pacquiao won't fight Mayweather due to his refusal to drug test!!! If your clean? Why the refusal to test????? 40 million dollars against the only fighter that equals you!!! And STILL the REFUSAL!!!! There is no disrespect losing to a fighter like Floyd, while making 40 million even with a loss!!! Manny knows Floyd will spank his ass and expose him. Bottom line is Pacquiao is running scared!!!!
