This guy really does seem to have Tysonesque menacing power and ferocity and handspeed. What I like about him when I looked at his profile on Boxrec is how active he is.

He fought O'Neil Murray on June 28

Then he fought Jerome Geunnou (3-2) on July 2

4 day fight interval. And all his KO's are in the first round except for 1 which in the second

What I am worried about is that Denis has apparently had a heart surgery a year ago. He also had some serious heart problems at the age of 5. I have read this at his website.

boytsov's management should match him against a guy with really good defence and a good chin for in one of his next few fights so he can get some experience going into later rounds. Match him against a runner like a Mitch Blood Green type character.

19 year old Tyson beats that kid in 1 or 2 rounds IMO..Heck 19 year old Tyson beats anyone in the history at 19 IMO... This kid definatley aint as skilled as Tyson was...I dont think he has as much power or speed either..Hes just fighting stiffs right now...we will eventually see what he has..

None of these fights show me hes anywhere near Tyson when he was with Cus and Rooney.

Hell, this guy isnt even Tyson with Atlas.

This is a ridiculous claim made by the thread maker.

                    Getting way ahead of himself.

I think Denis Boitsov is the next Denis Boitsov. He is a very interesting and promising young fighter. His fights are fun to watch. I hope he makes a good name for himself, and hope he becomes champion in a couple of years.
