Yes.

Diaz is officially done himself. Paulie beat him twice. Diaz has basically lost 3 fights in a row. Marquez has 2 fights at Lightweight and won both of them by TKO. I can't see him losing against Diaz at this point.

I agree if he loses he should retire. A loss is possible, he is dropping in weight, coming off a very long layoff and is not getting any younger.
