Duddy is going to beat Chavez, Jr looks like he killed himself to make 160! Is this fight for the wbc silver BS belt. Just yesterday the fight was for the 154 silver P.O.S.

Duddy needs more than lucky charms for this one, and I don't think he has it anymore. Say what you want about Freddie Roach, his fighters come out ready and improved. Chavez with a Jab and better foot work are too much for Duddy. Having said that, I saw Matt Vanda beat Chavez in thier first fight and get robbed. Chavez threw few jabs and plodded like his feet were stuck in mud. Freddie will be the difference, if there is one. Better technique and movement.

If the guy is killing himself to make 160, then his career is over already. He'll get slaughtered by the guys at 168, even counting Green and Taylor. If he tries for 175 he'll be way too small, and Dawson would eat him alive. He has to be able to make 154-160 its his only option career wise. At 160 it's slim pickings so he can do something there, but once Martinez, Williams, Cotto and others start calling from 154 & 160 its game over for Jr.

First he gets KO'd by Junior crackhead jones, then he has to foul and cheat his way to an UNDESERVED points "victory" over Prince Naseem Hamed. Hamed won by 2 points, anyone with ANY Boxing knowledge knows that Barrera shouldve been DQ'd but even deduct the proper amount of foul points and Hamed wins by 2 pts. Then Barrera gets his ass completely handed to him by Amir Khan proving that Barrera was a fraud all along. Now he's a disgusting fat ass who thinks he can come in all bloated and make his own rules. Although not a great step up for JCCjr, Duddy is a step up, let's see how he does tomorrow and then who he fights next...... he could turn out to be a decent fighter. Not a big fan of his but with Freddy he might improve enough to become a decent fighter. I don't think he will ever be on the elite but............ weirder things have happened, my 2 cents
