Tszyu denies Hatton deal!
IBF junior welterweight champion Kostya Tszyu has denied promoter Frank Warren's claim that a verbal agreement has been reached to face IBF #1 ranked Ricky Hatton in March. "I've got no idea what he's talking about," Tszyu told AAP. "There definitely hasn't been any verbal agreement from me!" Tszyu manager Matt Watt stated, "Ricky Hatton is one of a number of opponents we are considering and if Frank Warren thinks there is almost a verbal agreement, maybe he should give me a call and tell me about it." Tszyu says he's informed Showtime that he's ready to return to the ring as soon as April, following his destruction of Sharmba Mitchell.
